My special "calling" is to promote and facilitate towards reconciliation and healing in all personal, interpersonal, and business related conflicts.

Haynes ADR Services, LLC specializes in mediation with families, private individuals, governmental agencies, educational institutions, religious institutions, and businesses in both private and public sectors throughout the country.

What We Offer.

Mediation

In todays' workplace ADR processes are used as a first line of possible resolution in a variety of governmental, private, educational, and faith-based settings. Practitioners of Haynes ADR have extensive experience in mediating discriminatory claims involving the various Title VII and other related laws prohibiting disparity of treatment and/or discrimination in the workplace. ADR techniques have been very effective in resolving allegations before and without proceeding through the legal court system.

Arbitration

Arbitration is another popular form of ADR through which conflicts can be solved. The arbitrator who is usually experienced in the industry within which the dispute exists, listens to the merits of both sides of the dispute and accordingly renders a final decision. For the most part, arbitral awards are conclusive, final and binding. Arbitration differs from mediation in that the arbitrator makes the decision rather than the parties.
